We understand that maintaining your bike is key to its longevity and your enjoyment. This package is designed to cover essential servicing labour for the first year of ownership.

What's Included in Your Free Servicing (Labour Only):

Our skilled mechanics will provide the following services free of charge (please note, this covers labour costs only; any parts required will be charged separately):

• Your First Free Service (FFS):
  • Typically performed after the first few weeks or 100-200 miles, this initial check-up ensures everything has settled in correctly. We'll adjust gears and brakes, check all bolts for correct torque, and make sure your bike is running smoothly after its initial bedding-in period.

• 6-Month Minor Service:
  • A crucial check-up to keep your bike in excellent working order. This includes:
    • Brake adjustment
    • Gear adjustment
    • Chain lubrication
    • Checking and tightening cranks
    • Checking and adjusting headset bearings
    • Checking and adjusting wheel hub bearings
    • Tyre pressure check and inflation
    • Safety check of all key components

• 12-Month Major Service:
  • A more comprehensive service at the end of your first year. This typically includes all elements of the minor service, plus:
    • A more thorough inspection of all components for wear and tear
    • Replacement of any worn out components (labour only - you just pay for the cost of the parts)

• Puncture Repairs (Labour):
  • Got a flat? We'll cover the labour cost to repair the puncture and get you back on the road (cost of new inner tubes or tyres is not included).

What's Not Included:

While our free servicing deal is comprehensive for routine maintenance labour, the following are not covered:

• Full Clean and Degrease: Deep cleaning services for the drivetrain and frame.
• Wheel Rebuild / Re-tensioning: Labour for building new wheels or significant re-tensioning of spokes.
• Full Brake Bleed: For hydraulic brake systems requiring a full fluid replacement and bleed (though standard adjustments are included).
• Repairing Damage Due to Accidents or Misuse: Costs associated with repairing damage caused by crashes, impacts, neglect, or improper use of the bike.
• Cost of Parts: Any replacement parts needed during servicing (e.g., brake pads, cables, chains, cassettes, tyres, inner tubes) will be charged separately. We will always discuss these with you before proceeding.
